Whilst the pandemic is causing challenges, some brands are able to use it as an opportunity to innovate, such as Dixons Carphone. They are shaking up their customer experience to adapt to ‘the new normal’, launching ShopLive, a personalised shopping service that connects customers with staff via video link. https://bit.ly/2T3eWzR

Through their food-ordering app, Deliveroo are helping raise funds for NHS workers by allowing customers to donate when they are purchasing food. So far, Deliveroo customers have raised over £500,000 for the Support the NHS campaign. They are also making £20 vouchers available to NHS staff to say thank you for all their efforts. https://bit.ly/2LsZCbu

Morrisons have announced the ways they are going to helping during the COVID-19 pandemic, with the supermarket announcing they are offering 10% off to all NHS workers for the next few weeks, an NHS shopping hour (6-7am on weekdays) and food boxes which will enable NHS staff to get the groceries they require! https://bit.ly/363qjNB
