It has been an exciting week for team P1C this week, with the launch of a new campaign for Invevo and a shiny new website for Verisio and TOCAM. The Carfest North team are also up in Cheshire capturing lots of cool content across the festival as we speak! Keep an eye on our stories for a sneak peek at what they’re up to…

There has been lots of news in the social media world this week – especially for Twitter and Instagram users! So, we’ve pulled together a quick summary of the things you need to know for each platform…
A Twitter boss has suggested that the platform *might* be launching an ‘Edit Tweet’ button to fix all those post-posting blunders we hate so much. This one could be a real lifesaver! Twitter has also started responding to verification requests with a nice little description to let all us losers know exactly why we are not worthy of a blue tick. Finally, an option to send the same DM to multiple users might be coming soon!
Following the success of the option on stories and reels, Instagram is introducing auto-captions for feed posts, as well as a reshare option for stories. Meanwhile, the platform is also testing an annoying new video format which would see videos viewed on the app taking up your ENTIRE SCREEN… we’re not sure about this one!
Adobe’s Emoji Trend Report was published last week. Featuring lots of interesting stats about our emoji habits in the last 12 months, the report also highlights some exciting new emojis that should be coming our way very soon. New additions to the emoji keyboard include a saluting face, biting lip, a disco ball, and a low battery!

Toyota’s latest campaign demonstrates the brand’s unmatched technologies through a heartwarming ad featuring Team GB Olympians and a helpful little robot friend. The coolest part? These ‘Human Support Robots’ will actually be a feature of this year’s Olympics, helping disabled visitors, assisting spectators to find their seats, and delivering food and drinks ordered via tablet.

It’s a bit of an emotional one, but this week’s ad of the week simply had to go to Pedigree for the wonderful ‘Vampire’. A part of the brand’s mission to improve adoption rates for animals across the US, this heart-warming ad tells the story of a dog’s road to adoption through the lens of the young girl whose family adopts him.
