Thursday 9th November, Dubai: Brighton College, one of the most renowned and academically successful co-educational schools in the United Kingdom, will open its third branch in the United Arab Emirates in September 2018.
Established in 1845 and renowned for its heritage and tradition, Brighton College UK has achieved numerous recognitions and awards, including being recently named as the Most Forward-Thinking School in Britain in the 2017 Independent Schools’ awards in The Week magazine. Brighton College Dubai will seek to emulate the phenomenal academic success of its two local branches, both of which have been found to be of the highest standards in external inspections; Brighton College Abu Dhabi achieved the best A Level results in Abu Dhabi in 2017, with students gaining university places at Harvard and Oxford whilst Brighton College Al Ain, reported the best GCSE results in Al Ain for 2017.
Brighton College Dubai will offer students a FS1 to Year 13 British curriculum in a co-educational setting, leading to the award of IGCSEs and A-levels, enabling pupils to access the leading universities of the world. Pastoral care and creating a culture of curiosity, confidence and kindness in which all pupils can thrive, are key elements of a Brighton College education and underpins the values and ethos of the school. The school will also offer a truly British educational experience, where the highest academic standards are complemented by a focus on students’ holistic personal development and leadership.

Brighton College Dubai, will be located in Al Barsha South on an impressive 40,000 square-metre campus. This world-class campus, designed by Brighton College and their local partners, Bloom Education, will offer state-of-the-art facilities, including: large, airy classrooms, incorporating the latest educational technology; a spectacular auditorium; a black box performance space; stunning music and art facilities; a range of outstanding sporting facilities, including a 25m swimming pool, IAAF-standard running track, football pitches, tennis and basketball courts and a cricket/rugby field; as well as modern and attractive learning spaces designed to enhance pupil well-being, together with a Creative Learning Centre to enable teachers to deliver inspirational lessons using the latest educational technology.
The interest list will open on Thursday 9th November 2017, with the admissions office opening soon for entry into FS1 to Year 9 in September 2018. KHDA approved fees for Brighton College Dubai range from AED 64,000-107,000 and there will be a Founders Fee ranging from AED 64,000 – 98,000 in year 1 of operation, which will be valid to students throughout their duration at the school.
